Dave_LaRocca_218x240Dave joined Mission Essential in 2012 as the SVP of Human Resources. He now serves as Chief Administrative Officer, directing the departments of Human Resources, Recruiting, Legal, Security, Facilities, and Brand Communications.

Dave is responsible for all company-wide administrative decisions and strategic initiatives to ensure flawless execution across the globe. He leads the efforts to attract and retain the best talent — talent that is smart, agile, collaborative and globally minded, with uncommon expertise — to consistently exceed the expectations of customers.

Prior to joining Mission Essential, Dave served in senior executive roles for multi-billion-dollar global brands, with more than 30 years combined experience at PepsiCo, Pizza Hut, Inc., Abercrombie & Fitch, LBrands, and the Kellwood Company. He earned his bachelor’s degree in management from the University of Illinois.
